iPARK se koristi za automatizovan ulaz i izlaz stanara koji imaju zakupljena parking mesta u toj zgradi. Sistem prepoznaje ovlašćene korisnike i omogućava im brzi pristup, bez čekanja i bez dodatnih manuelnih procedura.

iPark mobilna aplikacija namenjena je pretplatnicima i omogućava lako upravljanje registrovanim vozilima, kao i daljinsko otvaranje rampe pri ulasku i izlasku sa parkinga. Administratori koriste iPark Control Panel za uvid u rad sistema, praćenje statusa i efikasno upravljanje korisnicima i opremom.
